Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Bubz Craftz, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Whether it’s a hand-poured candle or a custom-sized bracelet, we take pride in our work and are here to help if something isn't right.

Return Window
• Items may be returned within 14 days of the date you received your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
• Our Guarantee: If your item arrives broken (such as a damaged candle jar) or if we made a mistake with your order, we will make it right at no cost to you.
• Reporting Damage: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

General Returns
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Custom Orders: Because our 6mm bracelets are custom-sized to your specifications, these items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or we made an error in the sizing.

Return Shipping & Refunds
• Shipping Costs: For general returns (where no mistake was made by the seller), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Refund Amount: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the total cost of the item.
• Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
