Shipping Policy

At Bubz Craftz, we know you're excited to receive your handmade items! We take pride in our "small business heart, big business speed" approach to getting your orders out the door.

Processing Times
• Fast Turnaround: We strive to ship all new orders the very next business day.
• Custom Orders: Please note that custom-sized bracelets or personalized items may require an additional 1–2 days for crafting before they are shipped.

Shipping Schedule
• We ship Monday through Saturday.
• Sundays & Holidays: We do not ship on Sundays or USPS/Federal holidays. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been carefully packed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items. While we guarantee when we will send the item, please understand that actual delivery dates are subject to the carrier's timeline.
